What Does It Cost to Receive My Order?

Free Delivery Details:

  • UK Orders: Free delivery on all UK orders over £40. We offer delivery across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.

  • International Orders: Free delivery on all international orders over £100. We deliver to all countries outside the UK.

  • EU Orders: For orders to EU countries, a postage fee of £9.95 applies.


When Will I Receive My Order?

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours from the time of purchase, during which card verification checks are made, and you have the option to cancel your order.

  • UK Orders: Delivered within 2-4 working days from the day after purchase.

  • EU Orders: Delivered within 7-10 working days from the day after purchase.

  • International Orders: Delivered within 2-4 working days from the day after purchase, excluding the UK and EU.


Duties & Taxes (Customs Clearance)
For international orders, any applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient upon receiving the goods.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company as there may be delays before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank since there may be processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@tasneemscent.com, and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift and the gift giver had it sent to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
